....but the plum blossom aren't white. >o< Noooo I'm not colour blind!!!!! I can explain. Really! Haku's name means "white" in Japanese. His name was probably "haku" in order to emphasize his kindness, innocence and purity, like the snow. I drew Plum Blossoms because plum blossoms bloom in the winter, in snow and snowstorms. Though the snow and wind blows hard on these blossoms, they still grow upwards towards the sun. To me, they represent a strength to go on no matter what happens. Doesn't that match Haku? He was abandoned, thrown away on the street and bulllied, yet he still smiled. When he met Zabuza, he told him that "we have the same eyes" (or something like that). Then, he trained hard in order to protect Zabuza.

Soooo all in all, I LOVE HAKU

That aside, Haku is such a "girl" lolz. He's waaayyy pretty. (i'm jealous =3

I used Prismacolor markers, coloured pencils and sakura micron outliner.

I had to scan this in two pieces and put them together coz the picture doesn't fit...so i guess this might look a bit awkward. xD Well...the drawing wasn't good to begin with. TT^TT
